Training with Resistance Bands

One workout tool that has recently made a resurgence is the resistance band. With so many people quarantined at home, now is the perfect time to pick one up and learn the basics.

Nerd Fitness has released a new Home Workout Guide along with a video and everything you need to get started.

Some tips:

  • Maintain band tension throughout the exercise
  • Be careful to anchor your band to a sturdy and non-abrasive surface
  • If you need more resistance, add a second band
  • There are several different kinds of resistance bands. Choose the band that’s right for you
